Helping you solve common issues and gain more knowledge!

What should you do if your appliance suddenly stops working?
Check the power supply : Make sure the plug is securely inserted and that the outlet has power (you can try plugging in a different appliance).
Check the switch : Whether the start button was pressed, or if the program settings are correct.
Check the protective device : Some appliances feature temperature control protection—they automatically shut off when overheated and will resume functioning once they’ve cooled down.
Check if the capacity is full : For example, juicers and food processors often come with overload protection—so if you add too much food at once, they may fail to start.

How to clean and maintain my small appliances?
The Golden Rule : Be sure to unplug the power cord. And wait until the unit has completely cooled down before cleaning.
Airframe : Wipe with a soft, damp cloth—never rinse directly with water or use corrosive cleaning agents.
Accessories Most detachable accessories—such as the glass jar from a high-speed blender or the frying basket from an air fryer—can be cleaned with dish soap and warm water.
Save to favorites After cleaning and drying, loosely coil the power cord and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area.

Why do appliances sometimes produce strange smells or slight noises when they’re running?
Please don't worry too much—this is usually a normal occurrence.
Unusual odor: When using a new appliance for the first time, the protective oil on the surface of its internal heating elements—or even a small amount of dust—may produce a temporary smell when heated. This usually disappears naturally after one or two uses.
Sounds: Slight noises may occur as the motor inside the appliance operates, due to thermal expansion and contraction, or when the device switches programs—for example, the fan noise from an induction cooker, the boiling sound of an electric kettle, or the circulating hot-air sound from an air fryer.

General questions (applicable to most small appliances)
Read the instructions carefully. : Understand product features, operating procedures, and safety precautions.
Clean before use : Wipe the product casing with a damp cloth (making sure to avoid the power section), but thoroughly clean the inner components of items like electric kettles and rice cookers.
Conduct a "no-load" test For example, the new electric kettle can be used to boil a full pot of water and then discarded afterward, helping to remove any residual deposits that may have accumulated inside the heating element.
